What Conditions can you help with?

Due to the wide variety of treatment options and expertise, I can help with numerous issues that you may not have even thought of!  Be sure to always ask the Doc. in person "can you help with...."?

Neck Pain/Headaches & Low Back Pain

Considered the "Bread and Butter" for Chiropractors, these make up at least 50% of the conditions I personally work with, if not more.  Very responsive to Chiropractic Adjustments and Dry Needling Techniques.  I also help coach you on lifestyle/workout modifications to help get you out of the endless cycle of pain, treat, repeat. 

Shoulder Pain
(Sprain, Strain, Tendonitis, impingement syndromes)

Shoulder pain can be a result of structural changes over time or movement pattern faults, which can create short-term inflammation and irritation.  A full assessment must be done to provide the correct treatments for the correct problem.  Treatments like ultrasound, red light therapy, cupping, and kinesio taping may be very useful in aiding in the recovery of these injuries. 

Hip Pain
(Bursitis, Snapping hip, tight hips, labrum recovery)

Hip pain can be a "chicken and egg" situation with low back pain.  Sometimes, chronic Low Back Pain can be caused by Hip issues and needs to be considered as part of the whole picture.  Chiropractic Adjustments to the hips and exercise therapy can create long-term relief and improved performance.  Lifestyle/workout modifications also aid in full recovery.

Elbow/Wrist pain
(Tendonitis,Sprain,Strain)

The Elbow and Wrist region needs to be considered as a pair as they share muscle, fascial, and nerve connections.  Manual therapy techniques and Chiropractic Adjustments are very useful tools to aid in recovery.  I also help teach home myofascial release techniques which can quickly reduce your symptoms in a pinch. 

Knee/Ankle/Foot pain
(Plantar Fascitis, Sprain,Strain, Patellar Tracking, Meniscus)

Similar to the Elbow/Wrist, the Knee and Ankle/Foot complex is closely connected and should be looked at as they relate to each other.  Balance Training, Exercise Therapy, Movement Pattern Correction, and Chiropractic adjustments to these regions help fix these issues at their root cause for long-lasting improvements.
